Hard metals
The growth in the use of hard metals in the design and manufacture of prismatic parts has led precision machining companies to invest in appropriate machine tools to efficiently produce these technically complex parts quickly, and at competitive prices.
Over many years of machining hard metals, T&R Precision has become well-versed in the challenges that Inconel and Titanium present and has invested heavily in the CNC machining centres that enable it to consistently meet the demands of price and delivery.

Multi-axis machining
5 axis machining
Aluminium components within the size range 730mm diameter x 500mm demanding 5 axis machining can be produced on our high speed 80 tool station, twin pallet 630 Variaxis machine. Our twin-pallet 40 tool station, Variaxis 500 CNC machining centre handles both aluminium and hard metal parts within the size range 500mm diameter x 405mm.

Mill-turn machining
Integrex is synonymous with multi-tasking, and our two mill-turn machines continuously demonstrate their capability to produce accurate ‘made in one’ components that previously would have required several CNC milling and turning machine visits, multiple set-ups and lengthy time frames to produce.
The 300-IV ST twin spindle, 20 tool stations Integrex offers a maximum machining diameter of 700mm and a length of 1524mm. This machine, fitted with its lower Turret offers customers considerable scope when sourcing large prismatic mill-turn components.
With a maximum machining diameter of 660mm x 995mm long, the 200-IV S Integrex twin-spindle bar-fed machine offers the flexibility and repeat-ability to produce long and short runs of complex, accurately machined, quality prismatic components.
